I spent over a decade in FinTech before turning my real estate investing side hustle into a full-time career. Most agents have never swung a hammer. I've been a landlord for my own rentals, and I fully renovated a lake house in East Texas for a short-term rental. I didn't just "oversee" the renovation. I installed the siding, ripped out the flooring, and framed the walls. When I walk through a house with you, I'm not just looking at finishes. I know what's behind the drywall.
I grew up in Irving, went to school in Oak Cliff, and earned my degree at UTA. I've lived in DFW my entire life. Now I'm in the new build community of Goodland, just south of Mansfield. When I tell you about Mansfield schools, Midlothian traffic, or Waxahachie property taxes, I'm not reading from a script. I'm telling you what I see every day.
